Do you offer custom orders?

Certainly! I have a certain amount of room for custom orders each month. Please reach out to me with any custom requests here.

If I choose local pick up, when+where can I pick up my order?

You may choose to pick up your order from my studio 916 Springdale Rd. Building 1 Studio #118 Austin, TX. 78701. Local pickup times are open Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday between the hours of 10am-2pm.

Do you offer jewelry repair?

Yes! I will repair any jewelry pieces purchased from me, providing the damage is from normal wear and tear, at no cost to you. Any necessary repairs that occur due to wearer mistake can be repaired for a small fee.

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your order I will do my best to make sure you are happy. In the case we cannot come to an agreement, you may return any unworn jewelry for shop credit within 10 days of your order being received. All woven and custom made jewelry is final sale.

What is your shipping policy?

All jewelry orders under $500 and small wovens are shipped USPS Priority mail with insurance. Jewelry orders over $1000 and large wovens are shipped via Parcel Pro with insurance. USPS secure shipping is available upon request with an additional fee.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

Orders lost in the mail will be replaced or refunded once insurance is processed and received from said mail carrier.

Do you offer financing options?

You may choose Afterpay upon checkout for an interest free payment plan.
